Guy who believes he’s King Charles III’s secret son shares photo of his own children as ‘proof’
For the last few years now, Simon Dorante-Day – who now goes by Simon Charles Dorante-Day – has made headlines after claiming to be the eldest son of the King and Queen.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Dorante-Day now lives in Queensland, Australia, working as an engineer.
Adopted at eight months old in 1966 in Portsmouth, Dorante-Day asserts he may be the biological child of Charles and Camilla – who were 17 and 18 years old, respectively, around the time of his birth.
He has previously made allegations that his eye color was changed in order to alter his appearance from the reigning King, and also claims to have made several bids to the Royal Family to complete a DNA test.
In a previous interview with 7 News, Dorante-Day revealed why he is so eager for the DNA test, saying: “My grandmother, who had worked for the Queen, told me outright that I was Camilla and Charles’ son many times. We owe it to our children for them to have answers. We have some exciting new legal paths that we’re looking at to uncover the truth.
“At the end of the day, I’m just a man who’s looking for his biological parents – and every road takes me to Charles and Camilla.”
In an effort to strengthen his claim and gather supporters, Dorante-Day frequently shares photos of himself and his family on Facebook, along with images of the Royals.
“One good thing about them becoming King and Queen is that we get a lot more images to compare with, from many different angles,” he wrote in one post, per Marca. “The more I see, the more they look like thee.”
In one post, he shared a photo of his daughter, Meriam, spliced with a photo of King Charles’ granddaughter, Princess Charlotte. “I know many of you often share comments on the likeness between Meriam and Charlotte,” he wrote alongside the images. “I received this image today from one of the fans in the page.”
And his followers certainly agreed that the two young girls shared a striking likeness, with one person writing: “That gave me goosebumps. Everyone had been saying this. But I hadn’t looked at this comparison.”
A second added: “No doubt in my mind. These two little girls are definitely related. There is just so much resemblance between here, it’s uncanny!”
“Look at Meriam’s eyes and then look around Charlotte’s eyes exactly the same shape,” a third commented.
One person even created another collage to share with Doronte-Day:
In another post, Doronte-Day shared a photo of his son, Liam. alongside the late Queen Elizabeth II. “An interesting comparison,” he captioned the post.
“I like to draw faces…. These pictures have the same brows, nose, mouth and lines under smiling cheeks,” one person replied.
A second added: “For sure you would have to be blind or bloody ignorant to not believe they are related.”
Speaking about the comparisons to the Royal Family that he and his family gets, Dorante-Day told 7News: “All the royal fans and supporters who send them to me, they’re amazing. And I really think it’s like an Agatha Christie novel for them, where they’re looking for clues and searching for answers.
“There are so many people invested in my story now and helping me, it’s really amazing. But at the end of the day, it would be really nice to wake up in the morning and not have to look for evidence and keep defending it.”
In a new update to his quest, Dorante-Day has shared a four-way image of himself, King Charles, and Princes William and Harry.
In the lengthy post, he writes to his thousands of followers: “This comparison of William, Myself, Charles, and Harry demonstrates something very clearly, there is no consistency.”
He continues: “The fact that the left side of my face identically matches Charles whilst neither William nor Harry’s does, raises the obvious question, just who are Charles’s real sons?”
Dorante-Day then revealed that he wants “a 4-way Paternity test” as he believes is it “the only way to resolve this issue once and for all.”
“The lies and corruption must be uncovered for what they are, criminal activity,” his post continues. “Awarding yourself and accepting a 50% pay rise doesn’t demonstrate much remorse for what has occurred. Nor does it demonstrate any intention to resolve this issue or change direction any time soon.
It’s not just what happened to me as a Child, and what I remember from growing up in England, but it’s also what’s happened since to myself, my wife, and my children in Australia that supports our argument.”
Dorante-Day once again called for King Charles and the monarchy to face judges in a court room, because adding: “Whenever I feel like giving it all away three things remind me to keep on track. Firstly, Winifred, my adopted Grandmothers words. Secondly, the memories I have and of that voice telling me of the 9 months hardship. Finally, my eyes, and the very real pain that has and still causes. We deserve answers!”
