Some people have no chill button. What started as a f*ght in Cleveland quickly turned into pure chaos. A woman pulled out a knife and popped a man’s tires in broad daylight — but instead of backing down, he floored it and ran her over. Witnesses screamed for someone to call 911 as the shocking scene unfolded in the middle of the block.
