Doctors Stunned After 2-Year-Old Boy Born With Two Penises — Rare Condition Seen in 1 in 6 Million

Doctors at the Federal University of São Paulo reported the case of a 2-year-old boy born with diphallia, a condition so rare it affects roughly one in 5 to 6 million births.

Imaging showed he had two fully-formed penises, each with its own urethra, but only one bladder and one prostate.

The left penis was larger but not properly connected to the bladder and lacked a fully formed urethra. Surgeons removed it to prevent future risks like bladder infections, kidney infections, or tumors.
