The House has officially passed President Trump’s signature legislative package in a 218–214 vote. The bill extends tax cuts, overhauls programs like Medicaid and SNAP, increases military and border security funding, and raises the debt ceiling by several trillion dollars.
Two Republicans joined all Democrats in voting against the bill. Trump is expected to sign the bill during a July 4 ceremony at the White House.
