This happened in Kinston, North Carolina… A woman pulled up and filmed the moment an officer followed 18-year-old Cameron Williams, slammed him to the ground, and began punching him. The woman said it was all because he was wearing a ski mask. While being hit, Cameron appeared to suffer a seizure. Police have since released a statement confirming the arrest and charges—Communicating Threats and Resisting an Officer—but the community is outraged. His mom says his bond is $15,000 and she’s asking for help.
