Italian Boxer Angela Carini AWARDED $50,000 Olympic Champion Prize Money After Losing To Gender Row Boxer Imane Khelif
Shocking reports are speaking about the Italian boxer who lost against gender row competitor Imane Khelif and how she’s now going to be given a huge privilege.
Think along the lines of a $50,000 Olympic Champion prize money after losing to Imane after just 46 seconds.
The incident sparked fury and outrage around the globe as many dubbed Imane a male whose previous history proved that she failed her gender test last time because her testosterone levels were too high.
Angela Carini opted to withdraw from her welterweight fight against the Algerian who hit her so hard that she broke down into tears.
This featured two strong blows to her face and many were quick to rush to the Italian’s side, calling out Paris officials for failing to take action against the inclusion of men in women’s competitions.
But the Olympics association stood by its claims that Imane was indeed a female and therefore had every right to compete in the women’s competition.
Now. Carini is said to be getting a huge award that is the equivalent of an Olympic champion from the IBA, as revealed by the president today.
Since then, Carini has also issued an apology to Imane, stating that she let her emotions get the best of her and therefore wished her well for the rest of the events.
