70-Year-Old Woman Welcomes Her First Baby in a Medical Miracle

It’s never too late to fulfill a dream. Jivunben Rabari, a woman from the western state of Gujarat, India, gave birth to her first child at the age of 70.

For decades, alongside her husband Maldhari, 55, they tirelessly pursued their dream of becoming parents until they eventually gave up.

However, thanks to in vitro fertilization, the “miracle” became possible: the baby was born healthy and safe, making Rabari one of the oldest first-time mothers in the world. Dr. Bhanushali, who oversaw the delivery, stated, “The couple is happy now, and the mother is calm. The baby is healthy, and we are closely monitoring the case.”
